Support

$10,000 opens a room in a city that does not have one.

Venue, facilitator training, materials, outreach. That is the whole cost of giving a town somewhere its men can go every week, permanently and for free.

Every dollar in and out is published.

Donations are handled through Open Collective, where every contribution and every expense is published publicly. You can audit this organisation’s books without asking anyone’s permission.

Legacies of Men operates under a fiscal sponsorship agreement with Global Peace Media, using their 501(c)(3) status to receive tax-deductible donations legally.

  • Tax-deductible under a 501(c)(3)
  • Full ledger public on Open Collective
  • No paid advertising, no telemarketing
  • Meetings stay free regardless of funding

Monthly is more useful than one-off, because a room needs to still be there in March. But anything helps, and nobody is going to chase you.

Give what you can

No money? Still useful.

Three things worth more than a small cheque.

  • Give time instead of money

Facilitators, organisers, clinicians and designers are worth more to this than most cheques.

  • Tell one man

The single highest-leverage thing you can do costs nothing. Send this to someone who has been quiet lately.

  • Bring your employer

Matched giving, a venue, or a sponsored city — organisations can fund a whole room.

    Talk about partnering

Send this to one man.

You almost certainly know someone who has gone quiet. You do not need to say anything clever — the link is enough.

Fund a room. Somebody will walk into it.
